Lack of Sleep is One of the Causes of Death (Hortatoty Exposition)

Lack of sleep is one of the causes of death. According to the rules of health, sleep normaly is 5-6 hours a day and it should be our duty. One of the causes of lack of sleep is often experienced insomnia and this average experienced by teenagers (Thesis)

According to Professor Jim Horne of the Sleep Research Centre Loughborugh give things involved by sleep include:

1. Sleep less than five hours is wrong2. Time was also set up by the human condition or disease experienced.3. Most sleep greatly affects human health4. Sleep only to maintain physical and mental health5. And slept for five hours seems enough for everyone, in order to maintain health and activity being tired and sleepy. (Supporting Argument)


Before going on as we don’t want, should we have to keep it from the beginning. Lack of sleep will certainly be bad for our health. Although most beds are also a sign of poor health, but maintaining a good sleep pattern is health solutions to keep your body becomes more fit and healthy. (Recommendation)
